Performance Marketing Specialist

We are Nexxt Industry, Europe’s leading eMobility marketing agency. We work closely with electric mobility brands and help them accelerate their growth and make more impact. We are a full-service marketing agency offering services ranging from proposition development, brand identity design, and marketing strategy to day-to-day services like content creation, copywriting, design, social media marketing, and paid media campaigns. We are a remote and diverse team working closely with some of Europe’s leading eMobility brands.

As an agency, we are on a rapid growth path, growing a team of the most talented eMobility marketers. To further professionalize our performance marketing and paid advertising services, we seek a performance marketing specialist with at least 3 years of experience at an online marketing agency.

What will you be doing?

Your key responsibility is managing the paid media campaigns we run for our clients. You advise during the strategy phase, build the campaigns, manage and optimize them, report on the results, and continuously find ways to improve campaign results. You ensure you stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing and paid advertising trends and look for ways to implement new strategies and technologies for our clients. From the use of AI to new platforms and strategies, you are our knowledgeable performance marketing expert.

You will also start working on creating a strategy and building a strong foundation for the performance marketing team, which we will build as our agency grows. As we grow in the coming years, your role will evolve too, and you will become our performance marketing manager, leading your team of experts and building our performance marketing services.

This is you

• We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant working experience at an online marketing agency.
• You know your way around all major paid media channels, such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, X, and TikTok. These platforms are where you live, and knowing all the details energizes you!
• You are an innovative person, highly knowledgeable in new technologies and platforms. AI is a promising technology to make your work easier and better. You explore AI and implement it in your work as you see fit.
• You are an advocate for remote working, as our work is done remotely 99% of the time. You appreciate the benefits of remote working, are a self-starter, and can work independently.
• You have a good eye for detail, ensuring we deliver high-quality work.
• You write and speak English fluently, Dutch would be a great advantage, too. Any other European languages are a plus.
• You are friendly, client-focused, and fun to work with. Even though we work remotely, we have a lot of contact during working days and have fun while doing our best work.
• You are proud of the results you achieve and actively share these results with our clients and team.
• You live in an EU country.

What the role offers

• A position for 32 or 40 hours per week.
• Gross salary between € 3.200 and € 4.500 per month full-time depending on experience.
• An 8% holiday allowance.
